Arrival
You can move into the vacation home from 15:00 at the earliest.
The keys will be handed over by appointment by our friends Marcia and Massimo on site, who will also show you around the house and do the check-in. You will also receive further information on check-out, waste disposal, etc.
We will send the exact address for a navigation system with the booking confirmation.
Departure
The vacation home must be ready for handover by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Please leave the vacation home swept clean, put the dishes in the dishwasher and dispose of the garbage. Please place bed linen and towels in a pile in the entrance area. Thank you.
What you need to know
All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their official photo ID or passport.
Special requests are subject to availability at check-in and may incur additional charges – special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Parties or group events on site are not permitted.
Long-term tenants are welcome.

You are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your group during your stay.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the houses.
Smoking is permitted on the terraces. Please be aware of the high risk of forest fires, especially in summer, and dispose of cigarettes etc. properly.
Events / Events
Events are not permitted in the house or on the property.
Pets
Small pets, dogs and cats are allowed.
