The vacation home
The typical Tuscan stone farmhouse was built around 1890. It has been extensively and modernly renovated. Now it shines in new splendor for our guests.
The vacation home is located near the beautiful hilltop village of Gavorrano, which is a little insider tip in southern Tuscany, the Maremma. The old town is simply beautiful and not overrun by tourists. The pretty church of San Giuliano, built in 1792 and dedicated to the patron saint of the municipality, is one of the youngest buildings in the medieval town center with its winding alleyways and old buildings.
The house is equipped with the greatest comfort and a mixture of beautiful old and modern furniture. Towels and bed linen are provided by us, so the vacation can begin immediately.
The vacation home is very quiet and is surrounded by woods. The Strada statale SS1/E80 can be reached in a short time and you can quickly explore the whole of Tuscany. The beach of Puntone on the Tyrrhenian Sea is only 15 km or 20 minutes away by car. The nearest larger towns are Follonica, Grosseto and Siena.

The house has three fully equipped bathrooms and a guest toilet.

The large kitchen offers everything a hobby chef needs, including a large gas stove.
Terrace
The shaded terrace is a wonderful place to have breakfast and dinner.

Shady, secluded spots under old trees and lawns for sunbathing.
Pool
Refreshing and nice and big. The pool with terrace and sun loungers.
